And yes, the typical chocolate mousse, which you can eat anywhere, is usually (I mean generally) gluten-free. Only 3 ingredients to succeed: no sugar, no lactose, no flour. So of course the gluten-free chocolate mousse exists! Ready to learn more?

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of chocolate or 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 eggs (yes that’s a lot, but that’s what makes it so delicious!)

Preparation

STEP 1: Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie. When it is melted, stir a little and let it cool.

STEP 2: Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

STEP 3: Put a pinch of salt in your bowl with the egg whites and beat in snow your whites to have a firm foam.

STEP 4: Gradually mix your melted chocolate with egg yolks

STEP 5: Gradually add your egg whites to your yellow and chocolate preparation. Mix gently from bottom to top your preparation. Be careful not to break the whites to have a nice foam well inflated.

STEP 6: Put your preparation in small bowls, or in a large dish, and let stand at least 3 hours in the refrigerator!

To be enjoyed cold, with a small coffee, gluten-free biscuits, or alone… It’s so good, I’m sure you’ll love this naturally gluten-free chocolate mousse!
