Everyone loves pancakes, but we think it’s sometimes complicated to make gluten-free pancakes! For once, trust me, it’s SUPER simple. Follow the recipe and enjoy your super pancakes, for a Sunday brunch, or simply, for a good breakfast before your work day.

Ingredients

For 2 person(s)

Here are the ingredients for 15 pancakes, recipe inspired by Maizena: (I tried it several times, and it was really super simple!)

  • 225 g corn flower, Maizena
  • 1 sachet of gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar from Isles Alsa or elsewhere
  • 4 large eggs
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 1 yogurt and half nature (with or without lactose)
  • 15cl milk with or without lactose
  • 45g butter

Preparation

STEP 1: In a large bowl, mix together the Maizena, yeast and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

STEP 2: In another bowl, mix with your mixer the eggs with the brown sugar so that it makes a frothy mixture!

STEP 3: Add to the frothy mixture, yogurt and half then pour the contents into the bowl of STEP 1 and mix everything.

STEP 4: Add melted butter and milk to this batter. Mix well!

STEP 5: Your gluten-free pancake batter is ready. Let it rest for 20/30 min. Then cook them on a buttered pan and hot!

To accompany your pancakes, you can add anything you want!

Go, hop, cook! I hope you will love these pancakes as much as I do 🙂 For other recipes, it’s here!

Good day to all!
