Ingredients

For 2 person(s)

For this recipe of 12 gluten-free goat, nettle and hazelnut samosas, you will need:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large potato or 2 small potatoes
  • 6 gluten-free brick sheets
  • 1 fresh goat
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 bunch of nettles

Preparation

STEP 1: Wash the nettles before soaking in water and white vinegar. Then wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes before cooking them between 15 and 25 min in boiling water (the cooking time depends on your potato, it is up to you to monitor the cooking)

STEP 2: Drain the cooked potatoes, mash them and add the minced garlic.

STEP 3: With a glass, break the hazelnuts.

STEP 4: Remove the nettle leaves and fry them in olive oil in a pan.

STEP 5: Then in a plate mix everything and form small balls by crushing everything.

STEP 6: Cut the brick leaves about 6cm wide to form gluten-free samoussas by depositing the mixture inside.

STEP 7: Once closed, brown them in the pan!

Here is an original recipe of gluten-free samoussa that will please all your guests!

Good appetit,
