What is the collaborative card?

Whether you’re celiac, intolerant, sensitive, allergic, or just curious about gluten-free options, there’s nothing better than finding places where you can enjoy yourself without worry, right?

But sometimes, finding THE right gluten-free restaurant for a meal or a gluten-free pastry can be a real challenge!

That’s why in 2019, I created a collaborative map to share my favorite gluten-free spots discovered during my travels. The goal? To make life easier for those who want to eat gluten-free with peace of mind. The map features 100% gluten-free places, as well as spots offering REAL gluten-free options (and not just a salad!). Pizza, pasta, burgers, bread, pastries… you’ll find everything you need!

It’s collaborative, so anyone can add their own discoveries, in France or elsewhere! It’s free and super convenient, whether it’s for everyday use or during your travels, you’ll see 🙂

What's on the map?

Gluten-free restaurants, gluten-free bakeries, bars, hotels and other establishments that offer gluten-free dishes prepared with gluten-free products (pasta, burgers, pizza, salad, fish & chips, flours, bread, pastries, ice cream, etc.)

How do I add an address?

You can answer a short questionnaire to indicate the gluten-free addresses you have tested. The addresses will then be checked by the Gluten Libre team and shared on the map.

Why add an address?

The Gluten Libre map is collaborative. The more we share, the more we collaborate (which means), the more we help others find great places to eat gluten-free, and the more we get to enjoy other people's discoveries! It's a small gesture that makes a big difference for the community!

Find a gluten-free restaurant anywhere in the world, in less than a minute!

A question about the collaborative map?
I probably have the answer!

Why add an address?

Contributing to the Gluten Free Collaborative Map is more than just a suggested address. This is an opportunity for you to be an integral part of a community committed to making life easier for people on a gluten-free diet.

Your participation updates and expands the diversity of gluten-free options in different regions, cities and countries. It also helps the recommended facility to be visible to the gluten-free community and helps it delight more customers!

Yes, each of the gluten-free addresses added to the collaborative map is rigorously checked and tested by me. My vigilance extends well beyond the simple words “gluten-free”, but I pay particular attention to the notion of cross-contamination, a crucial factor for the safety of celiac people.

Each establishment must ensure a safe, gourmet and gluten-free culinary experience for all who visit the collaborative map!

It’s simple, by following the link below, you will be redirected to a small form that will alert me that a new address has been added! Once tested and validated, I will add it to the collaborative map! Thank you for the recommendation!
