Do you want a gluten-free bread that is easy to make and will only take a few minutes to prepare? Let’s go for an express recipe of gluten-free and lactose-free bread very easy to make at home!

Ingredients

  • 180 g buckwheat or chestnut flour
  • 125g plain yogurt with or without lactose (typically 125g is equivalent to normal yogurt)
  • 60ml neutral oil if possible
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • For the morning you can add 25g of sugar, or 5 to 7g of salt for a salty version for your cheese toast
  • A sachet of gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 whole egg or 2càs apple compote (I prefer with the egg, but the recipe adapts to the vegan)

Preparation

STEP 1: In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, in another liquid ingredients.

STEP 2: Gradually, with a whisk, add your dry preparation to the wet one. Mix well!

It’s totally normal for your dough to be sticky. Transfer your easy-to-make gluten-free bread mixture into a cake pan and then add some dried fruit on top (optional).

Then bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a pre-heat oven at 180°.
