Good gluten-free bricks leaves? The perfect recipe for an original and gluten-free meal. In the sheets of bricks, you can put everything: goat, salmon, tomatoes finally. It’s up to you to treat yourself!
Here is a very simple recipe to make at home for gluten-free brick sheets.

Ingredients

For 2 person(s)
  • 20cl of water
  • 35g rice flour
  • 35g cassava flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 35 g arrow root ( or tapioca or potato starch )

Preparation

STEP 1: In a bowl, mix together the cassava flour, rice flour, salt and arrow root.

STEP 2: In the center of your mixture dig a well and pour the egg white, start mixing before incorporating the water. Continue mixing until you get a mixture of the texture of a pancake batter.

STEP 3: In a pan (pancake preferably) over low heat brushed with olive oil, pour the preparation (about 5 tbsp) and plug any holes with a small amount of dough.

STEP 4: Cook until the edges come off.

STEP 5: Off the heat, gently peel off the sheet taking the driest sides, then place the sheet on parchment paper.

Repeat the step until there is no more dough, and for the filling I propose a recipe of gluten-free samosas right here!

I love to simplify your life and I hope that this recipe of gluten-free brick leaves will please you!

See you soon for a good recipe of samosas,

Chloé
