Very central, Caffé Shop will surprise you with its fresh, organic products and the option of gluten-free everything!
Not 100% recommended for coeliacs, Caffé Shop nevertheless tries to reduce cross-contamination as much as possible by separating gluten and gluten-free products in the kitchens. They have a separate kitchen with a separate oven for all gluten-free products.
Most of their products come from Italy, and some from France. The gluten-free recipes have been studied for a long time, and today they offer a complete gluten-free menu, with an absolutely unique taste.
I went to this restaurant a few months ago with a friend, when the weather was still nice and warm! We were able to eat a heart-shaped gluten-free pizza on the terrace, which was absolutely crazy! You won’t even be able to tell the difference! It’s really delicious. The crust is crispy, the dough is thin and perfectly cooked, and the smell… oulala, the smell will take your breath away!
Open for 3 years, this gluten-free Italian restaurant in Paris made all its customers very happy the day they decided to offer on-site catering.
At first, the concept was just to take away. Caffé Shop realised that offering only takeaway food was taking them away from their customers. So they decided to fit out the restaurant with a few chairs, while keeping the basic concept: to make it look like a bakery, ordering your meal at the counter without being served by waiters.
On the menu? slices of pizza, or a whole one for those with a sweet tooth 😉 pasta, potato gnocchi, lasagne, desserts and all gluten-free of course! What are you waiting for?
They also have gluten-free beers! You absolutely have to go there!
And why not come along for an aperitif, a good beer or glass of wine and a good pizza?
The average price at Caffé Shop is €15, which is very reasonable for organic, homemade, fresh and gluten-free products! What’s more, the chefs and owners are Italian by birth, so there’s no risk of being disappointed: Italians are the best at taking us on a trip to their country, wherever we may be! The team is also very friendly, and you’ll want to come back more than once, believe me!
They’re open every day from 11am to 11pm except Mondays!
Go to the counter, wait a few moments, smell the good Italian food, and Buon Appetito!
More great news: there’s another restaurant with the same owner: IL Quadrifoglio, very close to the Bastille in the 4th arrondissement. The only thing that’s different: it’s a traditional restaurant where you’ll be served at your table. So the prices are a little higher but the amazing taste remains the same!
I hope to see you soon at this gluten-free Italian restaurant in Paris!
