Le Judy, the most unusual and relaxing 100% gluten-free restaurant in Paris! And yes, a unique concept inspired by Dominique Gassin, Australian and naturopath.

For over 3 years, this “qualitarian” canteen has been serving the 6th arrondissement of Paris, a district of the capital that resembles a small village surrounded by the Luxembourg Gardens. This restaurant welcomes a clientele of regulars, and has a very pleasant, calm and relaxing atmosphere. No computer, but more focused on communication to welcome all the newcomers who want to eat at Judy!

This canteen offering 100% gluten-free food in Paris will welcome you with a few tables inside and outside.

However, if you’re in a hurry, there’s Judy’s Self-Service Market right next to the restaurant! Perfect for eating healthy foods while going to a meeting or taking the train!

On the menu:

  • a breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with French toast, pancakes, vegan yogurt, avocado toast, mushroom toast… Hmmm, I love it! I dream of going back!
  • For lunch, served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., you can choose between a soup, a bowl, a few pancakes, a veggie burger (vegan and gluten-free of course), and an absolutely incredible teriaky chicken. They also have a daily special that changes every day, and is prepared based on seasonal produce.
  • Finally, “All day” products can be consumed until 5:30 p.m. with gluten-free desserts and pastries, mainly vegan and without refined sugars. I am super happy to have been able to have desserts that were not too fatty or too sweet! At Judy’s, you will have no regrets!

They are also open on Saturdays and Sundays and will be happy to welcome you with a weekend menu made for you! No reservations are possible.

A little more to know about Judy: they offer cold-pressed juices. It’s a method that allows you to preserve all the qualities of fruits and vegetables for even more energy and good health!

All their products are organic and respect nature!

Moreover, they will soon remove avocado from their menu to be even more environmentally friendly. So don’t worry about the origin of the products, most of them come from France with local suppliers who respect the seasons. In fact, they work with Sain Boulangerie for their gluten-free bread or Coutume café for their super good coffee!

Yes, the menu is changing at Judy’s! With everything that is happening in Australia, Dominique understands it well: respect for the environment, but also for one’s body is essential.

It was in fact, after being raised in Australia and having received training in naturopathy, that Dominique began to think about opening Judy.

In addition to being a super good restaurant, 100% gluten-free and environmentally friendly, Judy offers a detox cure. These are mainly cold-pressed juices and homemade almond milk to drink during the day. This will allow you to purify your body and give your body a boost. And you know what ? It is Dominique herself who creates this cure in Judy’s laboratory.

What makes this restaurant unique is its relaxation area located above the establishment.

Yes, the Judy doesn’t stop at gluten-free, healthy food or a detox, it goes further.

Dominique wanted to share her knowledge of naturopathy by creating her Yellow center which offers yoga, Pilates, relaxation and meditation classes. Everything is done to make you feel good in your body! Possible to reserve on the table in the restaurant or simply on the Yellow website.

Finally, Judy offers conferences on women on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can also consult the program at the restaurant or on the website.

If you go to Judy’s blog, you will be able to follow the “fresh news” every Thursday.

A lot of information, I know, so here’s a little recap:

  • At Judy’s, the taste is delicious and the products are 100% gluten-free, and all organic with many vegan and vegetarian options. Deliveries are made by bike!
  • The team, mainly female, knows its products and the advantages of each of them well.
  • Most of the dishes are inspired by Dominique, Naturopath
  • It is possible to take yoga, pilates and relaxation classes just above the restaurant, at Yellow life.
  • Opportunity to participate in conferences focused on women on Tuesday or Thursday.
  • Online sales of detox cures!
  • The restaurant has a relaxing and very friendly atmosphere!

Be careful because Judy closes its doors at 7:30 p.m. but Yellow Life is open!
