Chloé is back & the collaborative map is evolving…

And so, after a year, Gluten Libre is back! I can’t wait to tell you all about how and why we decided to take a break, only to come back.

You can already find us on Instagram, right here: recipes, tips, lifestyle… Can’t wait to hear from you!

The Collaborative Map of gluten-free restaurants worldwide

First of all, this 2023 version of Gluten Libre will focus on the Collaborative Map, bringing together more than 780 gluten-free restaurants around the world. yes, yes! That’s right, gluten-free restaurants all over the world. And this Map is COL-LA-BO-RA-TIVE! So it’s thanks to you that it exists, that it lives, that it evolves.

To see what’s new, here are my favourite addresses around the world.

You too can take part in the collaborative map by adding your gluten-free restaurants, your gluten-free addresses and your gluten-free favourites.

Gluten-free restaurants in France

In France, gluten-free restaurants are gradually taking off. In major cities such as Paris, Aix, Marseille, Bordeaux and Lyon, some restaurants are offering more and more dishes with gluten-free solutions.

Where do you live? And what are your favourite gluten-free restaurants in France? Add them to the menu!

Some gluten-free restaurants in Europe

The card is starting to spread across Europe! I’m so happy that this map will be of use to you all over the world.

As you know, travelling is part of life at Gluten Libre! I love travelling! And my eating habits too.

In Europe, I’ve lived in Barcelona and London, and I’ve loved Rome and Brussels on my various trips.

You can find my top gluten-free restaurants in Europe here.

And what about you? What are your gluten-free favourites in European cities?

Add them to the map 🙂

Gluten-free restaurants in South America

I’m so lucky to have lived in Buenos Aires! What a city, what an atmosphere, what a culture! I just loved it!

You can find some of my articles about Buenos Aires and other South American cities I’ve visited here.

Ps: My best experience in Buenos was the gluten-free Sunday markets. Every Sunday, in the Palermo district, there were markets with lots of gluten-free food trucks. A huge inspiration for future Gluten Libre projects, what would you say?

Get in touch with me on Instagram or right here to give me your opinion on organising a gluten-free festival!

Gluten-free addresses in Asia

During my last year of business school, I had to find a work placement abroad. I chose Bali. I had to find ways of eating gluten-free. It wasn’t easy at first, but in the end … if you look hard enough, you’ll find some superb opportunities. You’ll also find some gluten-free addresses in Thailand and Vietnam, countries that I had the pleasure of discovering during a trip.

You can find my favourite Asian addresses here.

It was in Bali that it all began, Gluten Libre, the boxes, the desire to share my good gluten-free addresses around the world.

What about Gluten Libre?

Gluten Libre is refocusing! I’ll tell you more about my lifestyle choices just below.

1 year of upheaval

A year of upheaval! 2022 was a particularly difficult year …. but a very constructive one!

I’ve managed to refocus on myself, my friends and my well-being. I’ve rediscovered a taste for travel: the United States, Morocco, Brazil, Malta, Italy, Switzerland, Van across France… Clearly, I’m a young nomadic entrepreneur and I like to take you with me.

And that’s how Gluten Libre will be: nomadic, with you!

There will be a number of changes in 2023, both in terms of content and the evolution of the range.
