5 gluten-free restaurants in Paris not to be missed!

Sommaire

Everything needs a first time, so here’s my first article telling you about the 5 gluten-free restaurants in Paris that you really shouldn’t miss!

Yes, after doing the rounds of many establishments, and getting comments on each of the restaurants I promote, here are the 5 most popular, each with its own speciality!

Let’s start with the 100% gluten-free restaurants in Paris where you’ll have no risk of cross-contamination! For coeliacs, it’s not here!

Le Judy

37 Rue d’Assas, 75006 Paris

I’m going to start with Le Judy, one of my favourite restaurants, I had a great time with the team and absolutely loved their food. Some friends also went there for further advice and they were not disappointed.

100% gluten-free, organic and seasonal, Le Judy concept will surprise you! They talk about a ‘qualitarian canteen’: yes, I didn’t know what that meant either but it means what it means eh! Quality above all!

Le Café Mareva

38 Rue du Faubourg du Temple, 75011 Paris

Continuing the theme of 100% gluten-free restaurants in Paris, here’s another restaurant with a very unique food speciality: a daily gluten-free and lactose-free brunch, complete with crazy waffles! Open every day except Monday, Café Mareva is just off the Place de la République in the 11th arrondissement.

Le Kapunka

51 Rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris

A 100% gluten-free Thai restaurant in Paris? You’ve come to the right place! Welcome to Kapunka. They have 5 restaurants with gluten-free dishes on the menu, and one of them is 100% gluten-free and vegan. Trust me, you’ll be travelling. Thailand will smell delicious on your plate.

No glu

69 Rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris

Finally, the last 100% gluten-free restaurant I’m going to tell you about this week is No Glu, the first Google search for intolerants and coeliacs in Paris. A bakery as well as a restaurant, No Glu will win you over with its brasserie menu, entirely gluten-free: burgers, baggles, gluten-free dishes in sauce. In short, we love it!

Caffé Shop

215 bis Boulevard Voltaire, 75011 Paris

So, the last restaurant I’m going to talk about is my little Italian café in the French capital.

This restaurant is unfortunately not 100% gluten-free, but they do their best to avoid cross-contamination by separating the gluten-free products from the normal ones in their kitchen. No lie, I’ve rarely eaten such good gluten-free pizza as the ones at Caffé Shop!

Heart-shaped pizzas with extremely thin, crispy dough and ingredients sourced directly from Italy. What about their concept? I just love it! For more info, click here!
