  • 3 eggs
  • 65 g rice flour and 35 g cornstarch
  • 2 bananas and half ripe
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 70g peanut butter or 80g applesauce
  • a little salt

Preparation

STEP 1: First crush your bananas in a container and mix them with your eggs.

STEP 2: After mixing well, add your peanut butter or apple sauce and mix again. It is important that each ingredient is well added and mixed to make a homogeneous dough.

STEP 3: Then add the flour and cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Then add your roughly chopped chocolate. Mix everything together to make a glutenfree and butter-free banana brownie batter.

STEP 4: Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°. Let cool and unmould.
